Apparently the person making that high a percentage demand was hell on the woman running the show, as well--they didn't show up to open the building for seminars (which a lot of people'd paid a lot of money for), etc. On a brighter note, my being exceptionally competent and watching said woman's table @ the show got me and newageamazon in for free.
